About the Program:
The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program is designed to provide Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students with a 10-week immersive experience to develop their skills and prepare them for leadership roles in consulting and the global business community.
The GFL Internship Program:
- Offers a select group of sophomore students the chance to work in one of BCG’s U.S. or Canadian offices.
- Participants will be matched with mentors, take part in training programs, and contribute to a BCG case team.
- Successful completion of the internship could lead to a scholarship and a return offer to join BCG as a Summer Associate following their junior year.
Eligibility:
- Be a current sophomore at a U.S. or Canadian university graduating between December 2026 and August 2027
- Identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native
- Demonstrate academic excellence, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Possess strong leadership abilities and a collaborative spirit
- Have excellent communication skills
- The program is open to all curious and motivated students, regardless of their major.
- International office applications will not be considered for the GFL program, but students can apply for a Summer Associate Internship after completing their sophomore year.

- Additional requirements for U.S. office applicants include ACT/SAT scores with sub-score breakdowns.
